  1. Prepare the ingredients, peel and steam the sweet potatoes, about 350g

  5. Wearing disposable gloves, stir the sweet potatoes and tapioca flour thoroughly to form a dough

  8. Separate the dough and check if there are lumps of sweet potato that have not been kneaded

  9. Take a piece of dough, roll it into long strips, and cut into pieces

  10. Take one and roll it into small balls (if you don’t want to roll it, just cut it into pieces)
