Overview
This birthday cake is simple to make. It uses two sponge cakes of different sizes. It is suitable for novices. It does not require any flowers. You only need to spread cream on the surface of the cake, then cover it with your favorite fruits, and a very bright birthday cake will appear in front of you. Prepare the materials: an 8-inch and 6-inch sponge cake. Various bright fruits, strawberries, yellow peaches, papayas and apples.

Cut each of the two cakes into 3 slices, remove one slice from each, and only need two slices each. After spreading the cream and fruit, the height will be just right. Next whip the cream.

Pour 400 grams of cream into a basin of oil-free water, put ice water under it, and beat it. (That is, just lift the egg beater and two small balls will appear)

Take an 8-inch cake piece and place it on the turntable, spread it with cream, then spread an appropriate amount of apple slices and spread the cream evenly, then cover it with the second 8-inch cake piece and spread it with cream.

Take a 6-inch cake piece and place it in the middle of the cake. Spread a layer of cream and add the apple slices. Spread the cream and cover with the second cake piece.

Spread buttercream over the entire two-layer cake. Next place the fruits.

Cut the strawberries in half, cut the yellow peaches into small pieces, and lay them on the edge of the first layer of cake. Cut a small round slice with a wooden claw and cut it into a grid back and forth. Push it up with your fingers and place it in the middle of the upper layer. Place the strawberries and yellow peaches on the edge and surround the papaya to finish.
