After the basic dough is kneaded and smooth, add softened butter and continue kneading the dough

Take an appropriate amount of dough and check the gluten consistency. It should be transparent and not broken

Apply a little oil to the container and dough, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and ferment once

After fermentation to 2 times in size, remove the exhaust gas

Roll out the dough into a 35cm*70cm piece with a thickness of about 0.5cm, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes

Prepare the cinnamon sugar ingredients, melt the butter; mix the cinnamon powder and brown sugar evenly

Take an appropriate amount of melted butter and spread it on the dough sheet

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly, leaving about 2cm on the wide edge

Curl the edge, leave a blank space as the finishing touch, and slightly shape it

Spread the remaining butter on the mold

Cut the dough into 10 equal portions (the mold can only fit 8 portions, and the other two portions were not photographed), and ferment in a warm place for about 30 minutes

Prepare the ingredients for brushing and icing. Preheat the oven in advance to 180 degrees on the middle shelf (bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes)
