Prepare all materials.

Pour the purple sweet potato filling into the mold. Put it in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.

Add QQ sugar and 45 grams of purple sweet potato water and melt over heat.

Let the melted QQ sugar water cool and pour it on top of the refrigerated cake. Refrigerate for four hours.
