-
My mother-in-law’s home-grown soybeans are non-GMO and extremely fragrant
-
Soaked beans
-
Beating, filtering
-
Filter cloth, saving time and effort
-
Boil thick soy milk. Be sure not to turn on high heat. Start with medium-low heat. When it is almost boiling, turn to minimum heat and skim off the foam
-
Make the slurry. Add a little bit of cold water to the brine and melt it. The hot slurry is poured into the basin with the brine at a height of one foot
-
Let it stand for about 15 minutes, then slowly scoop the brine tofu in the basin into the tofu box, and lay a filter cloth in the box in advance
-
Cover with filter cloth
-
Press the box with water and start pressing. The pressing time is discretionary. The longer the time, the harder and harder the tofu will be, and the thinner the pieces will be! In the end, I forgot to take a picture of the finished tofu, so I just made soup! Very strong bean flavor!
