Stir-fried lettuce with bacon
Overview
Bacon is one of the three main varieties of Western meat products (bacon, ham, sausage). Hormel bacon comes in a variety of flavors, including classic American bacon, classic lean bacon, classic microwave bacon, and classic stir-fried bacon, to meet different cooking needs. For stir-frying, I like to use Hormel Classic Stir-fried Bacon. This bacon is made from the fat and lean pork belly (pork belly rib meat). There is no need to add additional oil. The oil produced by frying the bacon is just right for stir-frying and is very fragrant.
