  3. Cut green and red peppers into small rings.

  4. Pick the beans, boil them in boiling water for a minute or two (add a little salt to the water), take them out and rinse them under the tap.

  5. Heat the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry.

  6. When most of the oil is stir-fried, add the gluten-free beans and stir-fry.
