Wash the gluten-free beans, tear off the fascia, and cut into small segments.

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Cut green and red peppers into small rings.

Pick the beans, boil them in boiling water for a minute or two (add a little salt to the water), take them out and rinse them under the tap.

Heat the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry.

When most of the oil is stir-fried, add the gluten-free beans and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for five or six minutes, add a small spoonful of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add bean sprouts and green and red peppers and continue to stir-fry for a minute or two and then turn off the heat.
