Brown rice cake
Overview
I got over the failure. The first time I tried using polished rice, it failed. The second time, the rice paste was too watery and it also failed. This third time, it blossomed.

After soaking the brown rice overnight, put it in a food processor and beat it until the water just covers the rice, and then beat it into a slightly coarse rice paste.

Divide the rice cereal into two parts. Add yeast to one part and let it ferment in a bread machine or a warm place for about twenty minutes. During this time, cook the other part over slow heat in a small pot. Then mix it into a raw and cooked pulp and ferment for another hour and a half.

After fermentation, add sugar and mix well. Rub a layer of oil into the small mold, then pour it into the small mold until it is eighty full. Then wait another ten minutes before steaming it in the pot.

After steaming for twenty minutes, turn off the heat and let it simmer for ten minutes before opening the lid. Then, a small mouth pops open. It's a success.
