Overview

The traditional shrimp cocktail method is to peel the shrimps, cook them, and put them into a glass with Marie Rose sauce for consumption. It was a famous seafood appetizer in the UK from the 1960s to the late 1980s. In 1972, American food critic James Beard wrote: There is no first course as popular as a cocktail of shrimp with a large serving of cocktail sauce. In recent years, shrimp cocktail has become popular again. Always simple, delicious, healthy, and beautiful!

  1. Prepare the ingredients for Mary Rose Sauce.

  2. Pour the mayonnaise, ketchup, chili powder, lemon juice, Tobasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce into the glass basin in sequence, stir evenly, and the Mary Rose juice will form.

  3. Cook the seafood and shrimp, remove the shells, slice the cooked avocado, and cut the lettuce into cubes and set aside.

  4. Place the lettuce at the bottom of the cup, top with the prepared Mary Rose sauce, cook the prawns and arrange them along the edge of the cup, spread avocado slices, sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice! Cocktail shrimp, done! (Stir evenly before eating)
