Overview
The strawberry season is coming to an end, it’s time to save the tail of the strawberry season. This is a homemade strawberry jam made without any pesticides. It combines sugar, vanilla pods and fresh lemon juice with zero added strawberry jam. Who doesn’t love it? Let’s do it together.

Wash the glass bottles and put them in a pot of boiling water for ten minutes, take them out and let them dry for later use

Rinse the fresh prunes with clean water, put them in a basin and soak them in salt water for thirty minutes. Take it out and rinse it with clean water two to three times

Put the washed strawberries into a basin and marinate them with granulated sugar and rock sugar for about three hours

Put the pickled strawberries on the stove and cook over high heat. While cooking, remove the foam floating on the top. When the strawberries are boiling, add the juice of a lemon and a vanilla pod

Cook until thickened and turn off the heat

Weigh and heat the bottle and place it until it cools down, then put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate
