Italian style slimming steak

Overview

When losing weight, I always miss meat, especially steak. This time I chose ribeye steak because I don’t have filet mignon (the steak with the lowest fat content) at home. I like the Italian recipe, so I specially share it with you, and add roasted potatoes as a supplement to the staple food!

  1. According to the type and weight of the ingredients, prepare

  2. Using a meat mallet, lightly pound both sides of the steak

  3. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and thyme, both sides

  4. Brush oil on both sides

  5. Wash potatoes and cut into pieces

  6. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and thyme and brush with oil

  7. Roast the potatoes first

  8. Add the steak (grill for 7 seconds on one side, flip over)

  9. Fry both sides, turn to low heat and add butter

  10. Sprinkle a little salt and serve
