Sauced Chicken Neck and Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet and neck, add hot water and bring to a boil with ginger.

The main ingredient of soy sauce chicken is ginger. You can also add some fennel and atractylodes to enhance the fragrance and remove the fishy smell.

Fry the sugar, add oil and sugar and stir-fry over low heat. I was not very successful in my speculation.

Dissolve the sugar, add the cooked chicken neck and feet if foamy, add ginger and stir-fry until red. I was short on time, so I added some dark soy sauce to tone it.

After frying and changing color, add fennel and atractylodes, heat water, cook for 15 minutes, stop the heat, add salt, and let it sit for at least two hours. It’s ready to be eaten!

If you like spicy food, you can add some chili pepper when cooking.
