Cut the rice tofu into neatly thin slices. My cut was a bit ugly

Put oil in the pot and bring to a boil. Add the cut rice tofu. Don’t put too much at one time, as it will stick together too easily

Fry over low heat until golden brown. Use a spatula to the side of the pot to drain off the oil. Put it on a plate

Sprinkle some cumin powder to make it crispy. This is the first frying pan
