Use a spoon to separate them, remove the dirt and internal organs, and wash them. Pour some sauce on each. Cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, aged vinegar, ratio 1/1/2/3. Decide according to your own taste.

Sprinkle onion, ginger, garlic powder, and dried chili powder according to your own taste.

Finally, put the crystal powder that has been soaked in advance. Make sure it is soaked thoroughly. Open the pot and continue steaming for 7/8 minutes.
