Delicious food rich in collagen - pork skin
Overview
First of all, I would like to thank Sister Wan Shanhong for her help. I saw that his fake fish maw is made of meat skin, and then I realized that the meat skin can be eaten like this. I have eaten it many times in Malaysia and I don’t know what it is. The locals call it fish belly. I don’t know if it exists in Beijing. The locals use it to make soup. I also want to tell everyone that pork skin can still be eaten this way.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all fresh raw meat rinds.
-
Remove the fat from the raw pork skin completely, scrape the back and remove the hair.
-
After all the raw pork rinds are cleaned, you can take them outside to dry. (I hang it outside during the day and put it on the balcony at night. I took pictures at night because there was dew outside and I was afraid of the tide)
-
After three days of drying, it became like this. The color turned brown, the skin became scratchy, and there was still some grease on the skin. This will allow you to proceed to the next step.
-
Boil the water and add 15 grams of edible alkaline noodles.
-
Stir the alkaline noodles thoroughly in the pot and clean all the dried pork skin. After that, it is best to rinse it again with boiling water and continue to dry it on the balcony.
-
Prepare a frying pan, put some oil in the pan, just enough.
-
The oil temperature should be 50% hot. Fry until the dried meat skin is evenly coated with many large and small white bubbles.
-
All the dried pork skin is fried, let it cool and then put it away. When you want to eat it, take it out and soak it in boiling water until soft. It can be used to make soup or stir-fry.
