Matcha spiral cake
Overview
It is relatively easy to make puff pastry cakes by using the method of making large puff pastry. I happened to have matcha powder at home to make spiral puff pastry cakes, which is beautiful and delicious.

Weigh 150g flour and 5g matcha powder and mix evenly

Then add 20g of sugar, 30g of corn oil, 70g of warm water and mix to form a matcha water-based dough
