Drain the soaked fungus bamboo shoots and chop into small pieces

Chop green and red chili peppers

Mince ginger and garlic

Pour in oil (about the amount of a bowl and a half of an ordinary rice bowl) and heat it up (I used rapeseed oil and peanut oil), add Sichuan peppercorns and fry until fragrant, take them out, add minced garlic and stir-fry for about a minute
