Air fryer roasted dried beans
Overview
When I used to go out for a late-night snack, my favorite thing was baked beans. Later, after I bought my own oven, I tried roasting dried beans in the oven. I tried it in the air fryer today and the effect was similar. It's just that the taste is a little lighter this time. It is recommended that the dried tofu be soaked in salt water for half an hour and then boiled for a few minutes, so that the flavor can be absorbed in advance. The dried tofu is already half-cooked and can be easily roasted. If the raw dried beans are grilled directly, the outside will be very burnt, but the inside may be undercooked and flavorless.
