Peel and cut the yams into cubes and steam them in a steamer.

Press the yam into puree, take 80 grams, 100 grams of flour, and one egg yolk.

No need to add water, knead into a smooth dough (if it's sticky, you can add some flour). Cover and let rise for 10 minutes.

Dust a cutting board with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
