Soft, waxy and fragrant---salt-roasted ginkgo
Overview
I couldn't help but peel off the hot shell and take out the golden flesh. No matter how hot I threw it into my mouth, the soft and waxy flesh was bitter at first and then sweet. The more I ate, the more I wanted to eat it.
