This is for 3 people, please be patient. I prepared 2 boxes of whole milk, 250ML each, and a large piece of ginger. This is the preparation of the ingredients.

Pour the milk into the milk pot and add sugar. This step mainly depends on personal taste. I added a total of 2 tablespoons of white sugar as shown in the picture for 2 boxes of milk.

Take the milk and boil it. You don't need to boil it. Use a spoon to scoop out a little. It will be hot enough. The temperature should be around 70°C. The ginger milk I made before didn't curdle very well, probably because the milk wasn't heated enough. This time the temperature was enough, and the result was great!

Friends who have a juicer at home can use a juicer to clean the ginger, peel it or not. If you don’t have a juicer at home, you can also use a scraper to grind the ginger, put it in a gauze bag and squeeze out the ginger juice.

Pour the filtered ginger juice into empty bowls. 2 tablespoons of ginger juice for each bowl is enough. After dividing the ginger juice, quickly pour the cooked whole milk into the bowl. Then wait for about 5 minutes and it will be ok! (At first I thought that the more ginger juice, the better the solidification. This is not the case! Whether the solidification is good or not mainly depends on the temperature of the milk. Too much ginger juice will be too spicy and unbearable.)

The standard for measuring whether it has solidified or not is: put a spoon on it and see if the milk can hold the spoon. If it works, it means you have successfully made ginger and milk! !
