Sweet potato dumplings
Overview
Personally, I feel that although today’s sweet potato dumpling recipe is simple, the finished product is indeed very bourgeois. Small models are made, which greatly increases people's appetite. You definitely have no objection to eating to your heart’s content. I gave some to my colleagues to try and they all said they tasted good.

Peel and chop sweet potatoes, add sugar, add water and cook until soft

Use a shovel to mash the cooked sweet potatoes. The more crumbly the better, if you are patient you can use a food processor to mash them

Paste the sweet potatoes into the glutinous rice flour and japonica rice flour

Mix into sweet potato flour dough
