Overview

I made this matcha jelly a few days ago. It seems like I added too much matcha and it tasted a little bitter. However, it is good to eat bitter foods in summer. Just add more honey. I like the green color of matcha. Doesn’t the touch of green look a little fresh in this summer?

  2. Add 1000ml of water to the pot, add 1 tablespoon of stone pollen powder and stir evenly

  4. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring while cooking

  6. When eating, cut it into small pieces with a knife. I added honey water, chocolate condensed milk, and lychee. Put it in the refrigerator for better taste
