Roasted pork with dried bamboo shoots

April 13, 2014 My parents haven’t eaten the dried bamboo shoots they brought back from Jiuzhaigou. I happened to be free today, so I called and asked my dad about the roasted meat. He said it was delicious, so I used it to roast the meat. It tasted really good.

Soak the dried bamboo shoots half a day in advance, cut the pork into cubes and set aside

Pour in oil and sauté ginger, garlic, peppercorns, star anise and coriander leaves until fragrant

Add Pixian douban and continue to stir-fry

Then add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color

Then pour in the soaked dried bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry

After stir-frying, add water, then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce cooking wine and salt
