Sweet Potato Meatballs

Overview

The sweet potatoes brought from my hometown are sweet and soft, but they are gradually getting spoiled due to improper storage. Make them into meatballs and put them in the refrigerator, and you will have no worries! Use rice bubbles instead of glutinous rice flour, the texture is more chewy and elastic, my baby likes it so much, I will make it next time.
