Overview

I was cleaning up the refrigerator today and found a frozen hare. I saw that I had a bag of braised ingredients at home, so I made braised rabbit meat. I added two Indian devil chili peppers, and it was super spicy and delicious

  1. Cut the hare into large pieces, blanch it in water to wash away the blood foam, and cut a few slits with a knife to facilitate the flavoring when braising

  2. Prepare ginger slices, two Indian devil chillies, and a packet of marinade

  3. Put everything into the pot and pour in appropriate amount of water

  5. Add a little rock sugar and continue to simmer, reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes

  6. Turn off the heat and brew in the pot for about 3 hours
