Caramel Popcorn

My grandma brought the corn kernels from the countryside. It’s a big bucket. I’ll probably have enough popcorn for next year, haha

Wash the corn kernels and drain the water

Put a small piece of butter in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and bring to a boil

After the butter has melted, add sugar and keep the heat at minimum

Stir-fry until the sugar melts

Add corn kernels and stir-fry

Until the white sugar becomes caramelized and the corn kernels pop out of their first flowers
-
Quickly cover the lid and keep turning the pot to let them heat evenly and pop all the corn kernels
