Wolfberry leaves for soup
Overview
Before the Qingming Festival, I went back to my hometown to visit the graves and saw a green bush next to my ancestors' grave. My sister-in-law said it was wolfberry. The young leaves are edible and can nourish the kidneys and soften blood vessels. I have always been interested in food, so I went to pick it, and soon I picked a big bag. I went home and ate two meals of scrambled eggs with wolfberry leaves, and there were still some eggs left that I couldn’t scramble anymore. After searching online, I found an interesting way to eat it - wolfberry leaves in soup.
