Stir-fried pumpkin leaves
Overview
The pumpkin seedlings planted on the balcony are growing very luxuriantly, but they have not bloomed yet, so they probably have no plans to bear fruit. So I decided to pick off the pumpkin leaves and fry them.

Steps
-
Soak the picked pumpkin leaves for 30 minutes.
-
Tear off the skin of the stems and rub the leaves with your hands. There is fuzz on the pumpkin stems and leaves, which may tingle to the touch. The fuzz needs to be removed, otherwise it will affect the taste.
-
Cut the stems into small sections, chop the leaves as finely as possible, and smash the garlic.
-
While heating the pan, put the garlic down and then pour the oil. This will avoid oil splashing out when you add the garlic after pouring the oil. Pumpkin leaves absorb more oil, so you can add a little more oil, but I like to eat lighter vegetables with less oil.
-
When the oil is hot, add the pumpkin leaves and fry over high heat.

Lunch for one person, I will not treat myself badly if I am alone.

Red rice is delicious and nutritious, I like it.
