Banana milk ice cream
Overview
As usual, I brought up weight loss again in the summer. I gained a lot of weight after giving birth. I hope I can successfully lose weight this year! My family just happened to buy a lot of emperor bananas for my baby, so let’s make a zero-burden sorbet! Personally, I like eating very much. The most important thing is that I feel no psychological burden when eating! When you want to eat something cold in the hot summer, this is it.
