Rice porridge
Overview
1. If using leftover rice, reduce the amount of water added. 2. The pressure cooker must be relieved before opening the pressure valve, otherwise the liquid in the pot will spurt out under pressure, which may cause burns. 3. If you are in a hurry to eat, you can put a wet rag on the pot lid after turning off the heat to help dissipate heat. You can gently turn the pressure relief valve with your hand to release the pressure little by little, but you cannot take it off directly.
