Every time I go to the supermarket, the boss and the second child must buy snacks, potato chips, and of course potatoes are also a must-buy ingredient. I’ve made French fries before, but this time I’m going to eat them differently. When I was making it, the boss came over after a while and asked, is it done? After waiting for it to be cooked, I eat one after another, and I can’t stop the rhythm,

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the potatoes, peel them with a peeler, cut them into thin slices, rinse them with water 2-3 times to remove the starch. Then take another pot and cook the potato slices until they are about half-cooked, then remove the water (I almost finished frying before I remembered that I didn’t take a picture.)
-
Pour home-grown rapeseed oil into the pot, put the potato slices into the pot one at a time and fry, flipping both sides, and fry until the potato slices become hard.
-
When the potatoes become hard, use chopsticks to pick them out, put them in a bowl, and fry them again later.
-
Continue to fry the potato slices, flipping both sides.
-
The potato slices are fried.
-
Add a little barbecue seasoning powder, stir, pour it into the pot again and fry again.
-
It's ready to eat, with a crispy texture.
