Purple sweet potatoes are steamed, peeled and then pressed into puree.

Then pour the isinglass liquid into the purple sweet potato puree and mix evenly, put it into a mold, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for more than an hour. If it is frozen for too long, it will not taste good. It will take about 1-2 hours and it will be ready.
