Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
After picking the fresh mint branches and leaves (27 self-grown mint), wash them, drain the water and put the green tea on a clean gauze cloth.
-
After wrapping, tie it tightly with white thread, place it in a container, and add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
-
Pour in 200g of boiling water (because 27 thinks the tea is too sweet and doesn’t like it very much, so 27 did not add rock sugar and only added honey).
-
Soak until the tea cools down, take out the gauze bag wrapped with mint and green tea, add a spoonful of honey and stir evenly.
-
You can put the gauze bag in a large pot and keep soaking it. Then, pour out a small cup and add an appropriate amount of honey into the small cup (if you think it is not sweet enough, you can add an appropriate amount of white sugar according to your needs).
-
Pair it with your own mooncakes~and the must-eat persimmons in autumn~all the snacks for watching the moon tonight are ready~just wait for the moon to appear at night! Huhu~~~
