Bamboo Bamboo Rice Cake Soup

Overview

This is the simplest way to make rice cakes when I was a kid. You can add anything to it :)

Wash the shredded bamboo shoots.
Soak the rice cake in water for a while.
After the oil is hot, add shredded bamboo shoots and fry for a while.
Add appropriate amount of water.
When the water boils, add the rice cake and stir it. This way the rice cakes won't stick to each other.
Once the water boils, add the bacon.
When the rice cake is cooked until soft, add salt and serve.
