Garlic loofah sprouts
Overview
We have a local dish called Garlic Luffa Head. Luffa Head is actually the tender head of the loofah seedling, which is the loofah shoot. This dish is very popular now. It is said to have the effects of detoxifying, nourishing the skin, clearing fat and lowering blood pressure. I have seen these loofah sprouts sold in supermarkets and wet markets. They are so expensive, costing 18 yuan per pound. No wonder this dish is so expensive in hotels! Moreover, the loofah seedlings sold are very long and old at the bottom and cannot be pinched. I grow some loofahs myself, and I picked a handful myself. Only the young ones are tender, not the old ones, and they are fresh every second. Much fresher than the wilted ones sold. Fry it up and eat it immediately without spending a penny.

The freshly picked loofah sprouts are fresh and tender, and they cost nothing
