Tremella, Snow Pear and Barley Soup
Overview
As we all know, barley has rich nutritional and medicinal value. It has the effects of whitening, clearing away heat and dampness, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach. Eating more barley can reduce the incidence of tumors and keep the body healthy. Tremella pear can moisten the lungs and relieve cough, clear away heat and remove dryness. Winter is the season when colds are most common, and the changeable weather makes us feel uncomfortable, so I stewed this white fungus, snow pear and barley soup, which not only moistens the lungs and relieves coughs, but also enhances the body's immunity~~~~
