I looked at the ingredients of the barbecue sauce and it contains soy sauce, sugar, salt, and spices, so with a bottle in hand, there are no other complicated marinating ingredients, and experience tells me that it is very flavorful and delicious haha. After marinating, fold the tin foil inside the baking pan into a shape like the one I made in the picture, which is higher. This can prevent the juice from collapsing into the oven during baking. Use a brush to brush the chicken wings with honey first and then a layer of oil. For the middle layer, it depends on how you like the texture. If you like it to be more burnt, bake it longer. I set it to 150 degrees and waited for twenty minutes, turning it over in the middle~~

Be careful to burn it~~ Hehe, in the picture, my husband and I had already eaten two and then thought they could be baked longer, so we put them back and baked them for another fifteen minutes haha~~

  3. This is the finished product of the squid rings. Since it was the first time I made it, I didn’t dare to buy too much. Alas~~ It’s time to buy more~ When baking, just put the squid rings directly on the tin foil of the chicken wings that you just baked~~ Just brush a little honey and oil~

  4. I can’t eat only meat without vegetables, so I washed the vegetables and mushrooms in the refrigerator and placed them directly on the tin foil of the grilled squid. The tin foil can be reused! I'm a frugal person, and with the remaining BBQ sauce on top, I toss the dish like a stir fry in a pan before grilling. Haha~~ It looked like it took more than five minutes to bake~~ It’s delicious! !

  5. Finally, the main course! Grilled buns. You can’t use tinfoil this time. Hey, replace a piece of oil paper. I used the oil paper after baking biscuits the same day (I am still a diligent and frugal person, hehe). Place the steamed buns, don’t make them too big~~ Brush a layer of oil on top, and the middle layer of the oven is also 150 degrees. Just look for cracks on the top of the steamed buns. This kind of texture is the legendary crispy outside and tender inside! !
