Prepare ingredients for later use.

Peel the orange, remove the inner layer, break each segment open, sprinkle with sugar and marinate for a few hours.

Select the large orange segments from the pickled oranges for later use, and crush the rest with a spoon.

Put rock sugar and cold water in a small pot, bring to a boil and let cool.

Pour in the pickled oranges and sprinkle with pine nuts.
