Rose Scented Cookies
Overview
A friend gave me a rose tea bag, so I thought about making this floral snack~ (the tea bag is pure rose, not tea leaves)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Get all the materials ready
-
Soak rose tea bags in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature until it can be easily pressed with your fingers. Add the powdered sugar and stir.
-
Mix well and no white powdered sugar can be seen.
-
Beat the butter with an electric mixer. Beat the butter until it becomes larger in volume and lighter in color.
-
Use a flour sieve to sift in the low-gluten flour, and at the same time add the soaked roses to drain the water.
-
Knead the dough with your hands to form a smooth dough. (The flour will be loose at first and it will be difficult to come together. Knead it for a while and it will get better naturally)
-
Roll into small balls and flatten them with your palms, arrange them one by one, and put them in the oven
-
Bake at 165 degrees for 20 minutes, then at 155 degrees for 10 minutes. (Each oven has different power, so you need to control the time yourself)
-
Take out of the oven and let cool.
-
It’s perfect to put it into a beautiful little bag and give it to your friends~
