When I saw the Zhixin shrimp balls made in Lao Yang’s kitchen, I decided to make them for my children. I had bought them at KFC before. Dad praised the food and the children loved it too. I didn’t have cornstarch at home, so I used flour instead. I didn’t have cheese, so I didn’t add it.
