Place the sea cucumbers in a clean container and soak them in water at room temperature.

Soak for 24 to 48 hours, changing the water every 12 hours.

Put the soaked sea cucumbers into boiling water, cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes, then cover and let cool naturally.

Take out the cool sea cucumber, cut the incision on the abdomen of the sea cucumber from head to tail, and cut off the sand spit on the head of the sea cucumber.

Wash away the impurities in the belly of the sea cucumber.

Gently wipe the sea cucumber's skin with a steel wool ball to remove the sandy outer layer of the skin.

Put the cleaned sea cucumber into a clean container, add purified water and place it in the refrigerator to foam naturally for 72 hours. Change the water every twelve hours.

Soak the sea cucumber until it is transparent and soft before eating. If it is not cooked well, you can return to step 3 to re-foam it. The cooked sea cucumbers can be stored in the refrigerator.
