Prepare beans,

Cut fresh beans into sections, wash and set aside.

Cut some pork fat and braise the beans with fresh lard to make it smoother and sweeter.

Put the pork fat into the pot and stir out the oil,

Remove the oil residue and pour in the beans.

Stir fry for two minutes,

Add water and simmer for five minutes.

When the beans are cooked, add salt to taste.

When it comes out of the pot, pour light soy sauce and add chicken essence.
