After get off work, I suddenly wanted to eat something crispy, so I made this simple fruit pieヾ(^.^*) Since I was in a hurry, I put things according to my feelings

Tart crust, apples and pears cut into small pieces

Heat the pan, add corn oil, add the fruit pieces and stir-fry

Add sugar and stir-fry until soft. Add cornstarch and water and pour into the pot. Stir-fry for a while and then it will form into a ball. I also added some red winter melon sugar (๑•.•๑)

Put the filling into the tart crust

Fold the egg tart shell in half

Tear off the tin foil and press the seal with a fork

Brush with egg wash and put in the oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, middle layer for about 20 minutes
