Quinoa Fruit Yogurt Salad
Overview
I love eating quinoa, especially the original quinoa, and I can’t get enough of it. Quinoa with fruit and yogurt is my favorite breakfast. Quinoa is hailed by international nutritionists as the lost ancient nutritional gold, super grain, and future food, and is listed as one of the top 10 healthy and nutritious foods in the world. During the Chinese New Year, I stayed at home and cooked all kinds of delicious food if I had nothing to do. I made some hard yogurt yesterday and used it to make a salad with quinoa today. I eat it by myself without adding sugar, and the yogurt is homemade plain yogurt. If you like it sweeter, you can add some sugar according to your preference.

After washing the quinoa, add basically the same amount of water. I added 35 grams of water to 30 grams of quinoa.

Steam in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Toast the steamed quinoa and set aside.

Dice the dragon fruit and put into the bowl with the diced cheese.

Add another layer of steamed quinoa.

Top with yogurt.

Finally, sprinkle some cooked quinoa, diced fruit and cheese on top, and you can enjoy a delicious and nutritious quinoa fruit yogurt salad.
