Hawthorn is a great little fruit, sour and sweet and very appetizing. The hawthorn cake made with hawthorn is even more delicious. Adding some sugar reduces the sourness and adds sweetness. It is really good.

Wash the hawthorn in water.

Wash the hawthorn, cut it, remove the core and stems, and clean it.
