Dried pork lung soup with hot vegetables!

My husband has been getting angry recently, so he bought some fresh pork lungs and cooked them in a pot to reduce the heat.

Wash fresh pig lungs twice with water.

Cut the pig lungs into small pieces and add a tablespoon of salt to wash them.

Rinse well, add salt water to the pot, add two pieces of ginger, add cooking wine and cook for five to six minutes until the water is dry.

Boil the pig lungs, wash them with clean water, and put them into the pot.

Soak the dried vegetables one hour in advance, remember to cut off the ends of the dried vegetables!

Add ginger slices, pig lungs, soaked and washed dried vegetables to the pot.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer slowly for an hour, add salt to taste, and it's ready to serve!
