This is what it looks like when it’s just taken out of the noodle bucket. It looks a bit ugly

After cutting, you can still faintly see the rose

Heat the pan with cold oil, not too much oil, it is meant for frying.

Cut two pieces and put them in the oil. The oil should not completely cover the rice cake

When one side is browned, turn it over and fry the other side

After both sides are browned, the rice cake will begin to swell and steam will come out from the inside.

After frying, the original appearance is completely unrecognizable.
