Wash the asparagus, remove the old roots, cut off the tips and set aside

Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil and blanch the asparagus until soft

Remove the bamboo shoot tips and place them on a plate for final decoration

Then put the asparagus into the pot and add the condensed chicken stock

Add 1 large bowl of water and mix thoroughly (or use chicken broth that is not concentrated)

Use a hand blender to stir into the pot until the soup becomes a paste

Add fresh cream and mix well, then add butter cubes, heat the soup pot, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and stir continuously until the soup thickens

Cut the bacon into small slices or tear it into strips by hand. Without oil in the pan, fry over low heat until slightly browned

Serve on a plate, garnish with bamboo shoot tips, sprinkle with chopped bacon, and finally add freshly ground black pepper
