Tomato, Potato and Shrimp

Peel the potatoes and wash them together with the tomatoes and green peppers.

Cut potatoes into thin slices.

Soak in water for a while to remove starch.

Cut off the whiskers and cavities of the fresh shrimps, pick out the shrimp threads with a toothpick, and wash them.

Cut into sections, which are easy to taste. Whole shrimps can also be used. My shrimps are big.

Cut green pepper into small pieces.

Cut tomatoes into pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the shrimp segments and stir-fry until they change color.

Stir-fry until red.

Add the potato slices and stir-fry for two to three minutes.

Add the tomato chunks and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Add a little Donggu Yipin fresh seasoning.

Add a pinch of salt to taste.

Stir-fry over medium heat until the soup comes out and the potatoes become soft. Add the green pepper cubes, pour in a little water and simmer for a while.
